Sunday - Delight! - Egg Curry

17Apr2011:
   Lunch was a near disaster - tried to make Bhendi..it didnot turn out that good. I think the bhendi was not that fresh. Lessons learnt - get fresh bhendi.
   Had the Alu tikka curry from Friday - but that was really a disater - why did I put carrot in that!!!
   This one would have been if I would have made Paneer tikka. This sheerwoods brand is ok ok - but some how it is not exciting me.

   Regardless.. all is well that ends well. .had an excellent Egg Curry for dinner.. super tast.. 3 rotis and tummy full rice - wonderful...like it!!!
  Recipe for me to remember:
                1 big onion finely chopped,
                3 medum sized tamatar finely chopped,
                3 chilli small size.
                2 table spoon of coriander
                1/2 table spoon of  turmaric
                1 table spoon of Oil
                3 pinches of Jeera
                5 eggs - boilled / then fried in oil.
   Thats it!!!
